I accept payment through PayPal or directly through Etsy. I am also set up to take Etsy gift vouchers. Digital files are automatically available when payment has cleared.

Digital files are available for instant download. Look for the downloads button on your purchases and receipts page.

I send handmade items by UK 1st class post- international orders go by air mail. I work full time, so occasionally it might take a couple of days to get your order together. I always send a message once an order is in the post.

I reserve full copyright over my craft kits. That means that you shouldn't manufacture, distribute, alter, share or use them for profit without my agreement. So, if you've bought one of my digital files you can copy it as many times as you like for your little one's birthday party or school class. But please support the late nights, head scratching, printer head cleaning and waiting for sunshine to take photos involved in creating these kits: forward a link to my Etsy shop rather than the original files to your interested friends!
